New Features#

Batch processing speed & reliability enhancements#

Users will have a better experience when using document actions such as foldering and batch coding.

Term Highlighting#

Jump to First Highlight Toggle#

Users now have the option in settings to enable “Jump to First Highlight”.

Term Highlighting Cache#

Improves term highlight performance on matters with large, complex term highlighting sets. Rather than generating highlights on the fly, cached highlights will be pre-generated to reduce processing time when viewing documents.

Middle Clicking#

This gives users the ability to use middle-click on their mouse to open RRC links in new browser tabs.

• Left menu options (and submenu items)
• Middle clicking a menu item (top level and/or submenu) should bring the user to that page in a new tab
• Middle clicking a document name should bring the user to the viewer page for that document in a new tab

Copy De-Bug Info#

Users can copy information related to their matter from RRC into the user’s clipboard for easy communication.

• Supported use cases:
  • CMs sending support emails to dev team
  • Clients sending site issue emails to CMs
  • Demo team reporting issues seen during demos
  • Dev team gaining insight to details otherwise unavailable to users
  • QA team ease of creating tickets

Exceptions Page#

• Organized exception data for faster load times

New language added to foreign language translations#

• Users are now able to identify Latvian language, translate and produce

Content Extractor#

• Embedded documents now have correct file path data
• Prevents empty embedded text files from being extracted
• Removes temp directory info from file paths

Sitewide Stability#

The overall loading performance of the application has become more efficient.

Background Processing#

Processes can be re-attempted automatically to reduce performance issues.

Email Threading language#

• Language changes we’re made to the analytics page as well as the viewer

  1. In the viewer “Last in threads without attachments” has been changed to Last in Thread”

Near Dupe Improvements#

• ND process will Complete with errors instead of silently failing when errors occur
• adding large ND process will no longer generate loading spinner dialog
• added memory for background processes
