AI Chatbot (Feature Flagged)#
Users now have an option for an AI Chatbot that will give them a way to learn more about the content of a document interactively.
System Alerts (Feature Flagged)#
Provides users with the ability to configure alert settings for different system activities, enhancing their monitoring and management capabilities. This feature will enable users to receive timely notifications about significant events within the application.
New Features#
SMS Messaging#
RRC is now capable of loading, viewing, downloading, and producing SMS message conversations.
Contacts#
Users can now work with a Contact list that brings all people (email senders and receivers) and their various unique email addresses together. Contact Groups can be created to manage logical groupings of email addresses. It will be possible to search for documents using contact data by selecting individual aliases or entire contact groups.
User Initials#
Instead of showing the users email address as their username on the application header, the users initials will be displayed and are customizable by background color in the user preferences settings. Also, within any document list, there is a column that displays the user initials of the users who have coded the document.
Multi-Page Redact#
Users now have an option to redact individual pages using the page range feature by entering the page numbers.
Predictive Coding prediction scores shown when viewing documents#
Users can now see prediction scores on documents that have been trained.
Notification for Shared Searches#
Users get a notification in the notification center when a search is shared with them.
Other Improvements & Fixes#
Feedback received when saving coding fails in the viewer#
When there is an issue with coding a document, users will see an error message appear in red at the top that lets them know what needs to be done to complete coding.
Changes made to coding document list filters to include only coded fields#
When viewing the document list filter “Coding Values”, only fields that have been coded on at least one of the documents in the list will appear here. In the past all coding groups/fields were displayed with counts of how many docs in the list were coded, even if there were none.
User preferences page updates#
This page is now split into Site Preferences/Display tabs, user initials implementation - show initial bubble as opposed to login email. Alerts part of this page, currently feature flagged.
Background process stability changes#
Sorting in many tables like the productions list#
After sorting, page should re-focus to the top of the re-sorted list; previously it stayed in the present position in the list after resort, so user had to manually scroll to top again to see beginning of resorted list
