Document Notes#
Users can now add notes directly to a document. The color of the note can be changed, and numerous notes can be added to a document allowing users to collaborate.
A new ‘Has Note’ predicate has been added to the search page. Using this predicate allows users to isolate documents with notes.
Hidden Content Warning in the Viewer#
A banner will now be displayed above a document in the viewer indicating that the document being viewed has hidden content.
- This banner allows users to download the native file with a single click.
‘Network’ View in the Viewer Family Tab#
This new display is optimal for complex family relationships – especially those with more than two layers of nesting (grandchildren, great-grandchildren, etc.)
Administrative#
Progress Metrics (0 to 100%) are now available for document downloads#
This progress can be monitored on the background processing page, or on the progress dialog that opens after executing a download process.
Users are now notified on login when a site has had a version update#
A new dialog will appear on login allowing users to navigate to the new help.rationalenterprise.com page, which contains release notes from v50 on.
