Review#
Keyboard Shortcuts in Document Viewer#
Keyboard shortcuts are now automatically assigned to existing and newly created coding tags. A tooltip on the viewer page informs the user of which shortcuts are enabled. Administrators can edit shortcuts as needed.
Collapsible Metadata Values in Document Lists#
Excessively long metadata values are now truncated by default, with an option to “show more” as needed.
Tampered Email Detection#
Emails within a thread which have their text altered later in a thread are now identified as tampered/unique.
Review Queue Improvements#
- Users are now alerted when entering a queue assignment that has already been checked in.
- Review progress is now shown on the dashboard.
Search Bar Improvements#
The search bar in the site header now supports searching for produced document names.
Download With Highlights#
Users can now download documents with highlights embedded into the document.
Near Duplicate Analyzed Indication#
Text is now present in the viewer ‘Similar’ tab to notify a user if a document has been processed for near duplicates, regardless of if any matches were detected.
Administrative#
Ability to Image in Black and White#
Users can now image documents in black and white, or color, in both the viewer and as part of bulk imaging processes.
Production Component Checks#
Upon production finalization, the system will provide an alert if any stamped images encountered problems and require manual intervention.
Attachment Range now a default Production Field#
A document’s attachment range is now provided by default in the Production Metadata selection page.
Dashboard Chart Filtering#
Admin dashboard charts now include the option to filter by user (where applicable).
